When it comes to how healthy we are, we have more power than we think. In Epigenetics the scientists estimate that only 20-30% of the deseases are determined by genes.
This gives us a powerful 70-80% that we can actually influence, It's the so called lifestyle and environmental factors. Eventhough you might not be able to change everything (like the street you live in or the place you work) there is still a lot you actually can work with. Most of these things concern what you do and how you live your everyday life like sleep, movement, food, social interactions and stress.
During this coaching you will learn the influence these factors have on our health and how you can change them in a sustainable way. You will walk out of the coaching with tools in your hands to start building your health.
If we feel you need more support, we will consider contacting other medical professionals to further help you. There are no drugs or supplements involved during my coachings.
