Fascia is a highly innervated tissue. This offers the possibility of changing the way we perceive and how we move our bodies.
Don Thompson shares his knowledge and flavours it with evidence-based ideas. In this workshop, we add working with the client's brain and neural pathways to the techniques of fascial tissues. We will discover how neurobiomechanical ideas can explain the effects we see in clients after a successful integration.
DeepFrontLine, diaphragm, pelvic floor, and 12th rib still are very much the heroes of this workshop and will help to unveil the mystery of integration.
