This workshop is about your spine, conscious movement and breath. Learn what you can do in your daily life, in yoga or your training to find more ease and eventually less pain in your back. In the first part of this workshop Fran will speak about why it is important to move in a certain way and how this influences your spine’s health. Then in the second part Yvonne will lead you through a wonderfully soft and yet effective yoga practice as well for your body as your mind.
Come along, understand how your body works and learn to feel into it.

This workshop is suitable for everybody who is interested in the human body and back anatomy regardless from the fitness level.
Fran is a Structural Integrator and Sports physiotherapist from Switzerland. She is passionate about the human body and movement. She believes that knowledge about how solid and clever our bodies are built, can help everyone to find a way away from pain and towards more healthy movement. (www.withfran.com)
