What it is about
Our feet are asked to do extraordinary things ... to cushion us, to adapt to ground that is never quite even, to grip and give traction, to tell us where we are in space, and to hand us the leverage to move. For such marvels of biological engineering, they get remarkably little of our attention ... and they thrive on input.
Foot to Core is a three-day deep dive into how we restore that function ... and, just as importantly, how we connect it upward into the whole body.
We start with a question that turns out not to be simple at all: what does good foot function actually look like? We will build a working picture of it, and explore evidence-based ways to assess it.
